I don't have any ribbon magnets on my Crown Victoria but I love America as much as next guy. When did "God Bless America" become a second national anthem? Everyone stands. some people even salute. It drives me crazy. We have a national anthem, a good one. We don't need more. It cheapens our (real) national anthem when people stand and salute just because a song has the word "America" in it.
Some kids got booted from a baseball game recently because they didn't stand. They were probably just lazy but I admire them. They stood and for the national anthem and that is all that matters.
